A New Agreement with Geneva College

Reformation Bible College and Geneva College (Beaver Falls, Pa.) are announcing a formal transfer agreement that provides a pathway for RBC students to continue their undergraduate or graduate studies at Geneva.

RBC and Geneva College share a vision to educate students in the knowledge of God and to advance Christian higher education. Building on this foundation and our shared confessional commitments, the agreement increases academic opportunities for RBC students:

• Undergraduate students who complete at least 60 credits (20 courses) at RBC may transfer into Geneva’s bachelor programs in Psychology or Political Science, completing two years at RBC and two years at Geneva to earn their degree.

• Graduates who complete their bachelor's degree at RBC may be admitted into Geneva’s graduate programs to pursue a Master of Arts in Higher Education, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), or a Master of Science in Cyber Security.

Students must meet Geneva’s admissions and transfer credit requirements and submit transcripts for review.

The agreement also notes opportunities for collaboration, including faculty teaching and speaking engagements, should both institutions choose to pursue them.

The memorandum of understanding was signed by Dr. Melinda Stephens, provost of Geneva College, and Dr. John Tweeddale, vice president of academics at RBC, on June 22, 2026.

Commenting on this new agreement, Dr. Tweeddale remarked,

“At Reformation Bible College, we seek to prepare students for a lifetime of faithful service to Christ in the church and in the world. This new agreement with Geneva College expands opportunities for our students to continue their education through undergraduate and graduate programs while building upon the strong biblical and theological foundation they receive at RBC. Whether students are called to political science, psychology, business, higher education, cybersecurity, or other professions, this agreement provides a pathway for them to pursue these vocations at one of the nation’s oldest Christian colleges in the Reformed and Presbyterian tradition. We are grateful for this collaboration with Geneva and look forward to seeing how God uses it to prepare our graduates to know, serve, and worship Him in all of life.”

Dr. Stephens added,

This agreement provides a seamless pathway for RBC students to continue their academic journeys at Geneva, equipping them with the Christ-centered professional preparation at both the undergraduate and graduate level needed to faithfully serve their communities and the Church.”
