Our First Career Fair
Posted On October 26, 2026
On October 2, Reformation Bible College hosted students at its first annual career fair. Students were able to connect with representatives from ten different organizations, including ministries, mission agencies, seminaries, and more.
- Cairn University
- Frontline Missions International Inc.
- Ligonier Ministries
- Mid-America Reformed Seminary
- Radius International
- Rafiki Foundation, Inc.
- Reformed Presbyterian Theological Seminary
- Reformed Theological Seminary
- Westminster Theological Seminary
- Wycliffe Bible Translators

At RBC, we seek to prepare students for faithful service in the callings that the Lord has given them. That commitment shapes not only their academic and spiritual formation but also the practical preparation they need to enter the world with confidence and competence.
In addition to conversations on the quad, several organizations also held breakout sessions. Radius International, the Rafiki Foundation, and Westminster Theological Seminary provided students with a more in-depth look at their organizations’ identities, values, and opportunities.
“RBC’s first ever Career Fair provided students with a valuable opportunity to connect with seminaries, mission organizations, grad schools, and begin building relationships that may shape their future vocations. We’re grateful to everyone who joined us and invested their time in helping our students consider how they can use their gifts and education to serve the Lord faithfully in their chosen fields.”
—Kristine O’Neil, Director of Operations
The career fair is the newest component of RBC’s broader Career Development Program, an initiative designed to help students transition successfully from college into the workforce. Throughout the four-year B.A. program, students develop a variety of professional competencies in areas such as workplace communication and expectations, résumé writing, and interviewing.
“It’s going to set you up for a better and more productive future, faster. You have a much better idea of what your strengths and weaknesses are, which will show up in who, what, when, where, and why you do certain jobs.”
—Christopher ’30, Accelerated Biblical Studies Student
Now, the career fair provides an opportunity to put those skills into practice through real-world interactions as students consider what comes after RBC.
We are thankful to each organization that joined us and took time to connect with our students.
